Tips when using excel

I understand something that Dave did on excel that might be a help to everyone that did not know about it. When you are using excel and you have more than 2columns and you would like to make a graph of the 1^st and 3^rd columns you can simply highlight the 1^st column and hit the control button and the highlight the 3^rd column, then hit graph. This will save you some time rather than have to paste the 2 columns beside each other.

Also if you have a lot of numbers and decimal places and you want to for example change all of the decimals to 2 places, or to currency with a dollar sign, you can highlight the cells you would like to change. Then go format, then click on cells then it then it will give you a list of the things that you can do to each cell.
